With 17 years in hospitality behind me, I have had the privilege of meeting incredible people — colleagues who became friends, friends who became family. We have celebrated birthdays, milestones, and shared countless goodbyes. In this industry, we do not just work together; we live life side by side, often spending 60–65 hours a week together. It starts to feel like you are sharing your 30s with a second family.

I have always wanted to make those moments special — to leave behind not just good memories, but something meaningful. A little gift that reminds them of the laughter, the hustle, the creativity, and the passion we poured into every shift. That is where this idea was born: to honour the spirit of hospitality with something unique. Not just a postcard from the corner shop or another engraved shaker, but something that truly reflects who we are.

Of course, working in a 5-star hotel comes with its own set of rules — traditions you must respect. But I have always believed in expressing myself, even if it means gently twisting the classics.

All this is for me, for you, for the besties, the mentors, and everyone who loves this industry as deeply as I do. It is a celebration of our creativity, our dedication, and the beautiful chaos we thrive in.
